Decent in store service, but good luck getting a service call. Waited over 3 months before choosing a different option. Very disappointing, given that I’ve been patronizing Don’s for 16 years.
Super helpful and knowledgeable on pool chemistry without pushy sales and over treatment like the national chain shop in town. I've had a few issues with my pool (self-maintained) over the years and they've nailed the problem with a thoughtful conversation on symptoms and water tests. Their recommendations have resolved it each time
My family and I just had the best experience at Don's with Scott. He was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when we came in with questions regarding our pool sweep. Very small town family style service that you just dont see anywhere anymore. We all walked out of there saying we really appreciated Scott. Even our 10 year old son noticed the quality of service. 10 stars!!!
Great family owned business. If you need anything for your pool this is the place, need your pump fixed, they can do it. Don’t waste your time, just come here.

We bought a great home in Napa several years ago - with a beautiful yet, ignored 35k gallon pool. I knew little to none about pools. I was a bit out of my league...a rookie. I brought in a few pool pros - and quickly learned, there were a lot of issues and, I need to get smart about how to personally manage the variables involved in upkeep and care of our pool and water. Otherwise, my upkeep costs would run into to thousands and thousands a year. Common sense and service brought me to Don's and I have never left. I bring water samples, they tell me what I need to do. I need replacement issues - they have them or will get them. Advice? free. Prices ? At worst, competitive. What I save in not buying what I think I need v. their counsel being specific about what I need to buy and timing is invaluable. For Napa, Don's is the go to place because they are massively relationship centric and think long term - not the sale today. I have visited / tried the rest - thanks, I will stay with the best.

Don’s Pool Center is unparalleled in customer service. They are kind, competent, and client focused. One of the many things I appreciate about them is they save parts that still work off old equipment and reuse them. Less waste, more happy customers! I highly recommend for all your pool needs.
