Jean, it was a pleasure working with you and Derek to find a home on Lake Tuscaloosa. Can’t wait to see what you do with the place.
My wife and I live in Atlanta and bought a condo in Tuscaloosa. Donna was very easy to work with long distance! We Made a few trips to town to look at properties and Donna made it very easy with scheduling, etc. When we finally went under contract she was able to help with everything, inspections, etc. It was a very smooth transaction because of all the hard work and knowledge from Donna!
We highly recommend Donna Terry! Donna helped us sell my mother-in-law’s home in Tuscaloosa while we were living in Raleigh, NC. She made a long-distance sale feel smooth and manageable. She truly went above and beyond — meeting with contractors and estate sale professionals on our behalf and keeping everything moving when we couldn’t be there in person. Donna was extremely responsive, communicated clearly, and provided excellent contractor recommendations. She also helped us avoid unnecessary or overpriced services, which we really appreciated. On top of that, she skillfully handled some tricky title issues and guided us through the process with confidence and professionalism. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend Donna to anyone buying or selling in the Tuscaloosa area.
Donna did a fantastic job and was very thorough and responsive to every need I had during my home purchase.. I needed property construction, property surveying, and local vendor contacts I could depend on to help evaluate the value of the property and condition of the property. I needed this so I had the confidence to close on the property quickly. Having bought many properties over the years, Donna is definitely a five star agent. Highly recommended! Thank you, Donna for all your help!
