I had the pleasure of working with Abby Wilbanks, and, from the moment we met, I was deeply impressed by her kind, courteous, and professional manner. This is definitely not something that is seen in this current day and age. She went above and beyond on the purchase of my home, staying up late to communicate with me on my night shift job, and handling a matter with a finicky garage door (that she wasn’t obligated to do). If I were speaking of her to someone else, I would use the common Southern lingo: ‘She’s good people.’ She made the process of purchasing my home relatively stress-free, and I would recommend her services to any and everyone!

Abby was exceptionally diligent and professional throughout our entire home-buying journey. Since we were relocating from Tampa, she kindly gave us a tour around Memphis during our brief visit. Our dream was to secure a specific character home in Midtown, though we were open to other options if needed. Abby showed us about 12 homes—including our top pick—and supported us through three separate offers on that Midtown property. On the third try, we won! Despite us managing the process remotely from Florida, Abby’s dedication, sharp communication with the seller, and unwavering positive energy made this distance transaction an absolute success.
Abby was a wonderful agent. She prepared for the home showings and helped me decide on a house the first day I looked, and made the transition easy in getting the inspections done and helpful after the purchase, when I needed to use the warranty on some appliance issues and she interceded so the cost was paid by the warranty .i highly recommend her as an agent and I am appreciative of the work she did for me, plus I love my house.
