I have been working with Donohue’s for over a year and couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. We have struggled with an hornet issue for 2 years and finally decided to call a professional. The first time I called, the owner answered and spent an hour on the phone with me listening to call my concerns and…
You are always going to get quality work with Donohue! Since switching from my previous pest control company in 2025 I have been VERY happy with the services Donohue provides to my multi-family apartment complexes.
Special shoutout to Jacob, who we absolutely love! He does a fantastic job, takes his time, and educates my tenants as he works (which makes a HUGE difference in quickly mitigating the problems that arise).
Jacob is fantastic but all of their techs have been great with my tenants and are very knowledgeable about the specific issues they are treating! You never have to worry about who you get as they are all great!
Thank you, Donohue team!

Thomas and his son at Donohue were so awesome! I reached out about our huge Yellowjacket nest issue we have, and they were out to check things over within the hour! Very quick, super friendly, & very knowledgeable. He explained everything we had going on as well as other things that we should get taken care of, without being pushy at all!! We will be having him come out for all of our seasonal insect treatments as well as rodent treatments from now on! I would very highly recommend Donohue for any and all of your pest control needs!

Fast to come to my house and great service. I put in for a quote for some stinging insects to be removed. The wasp nest were removed and my house treated for insects and pest in under 24 hours from when I called.
The technician they sent was also extremely kind and thorough. I would call them again if I ever have trouble with pest. 5 stars isn't enough.

We use Donohue Pest Solutions for both bug/pest control maintenance as well as had them remove a wasp next from a tree in our yard. They have wonderful communication, we have had zero issues with pests inside our home and they promptly removed the wasp nest. Every team member we have worked with has been friendly and respectful. Their prices are also very reasonable.

Thomas and Rihley came out to 22nd Avenue NW to remove a bald face hornets nest from a boulevard tree which was supposed to be the responsibility of the City of Rochester. When contacted, the City of Rochester REFUSED to do anything about it and said that they would not pay to have it removed nor reimburse the homeowners that were connected to that tree. Bless these guys for giving one of the homeowners a really good deal and proceeded to remove that nest, with the help of Rochester PD who stopped traffic so that Rihley on the ladder would not be struck by speeding traffic in our hood. I called and spoke with Thomas and told him just how grateful we all are that they were able and willing to come out and remove this nasty nest. Thomas said it was filled with bald faced hornets, and they didn't even take a sting. Use Donohue Pest Solutions!!!! Thank you from us in the Hood!!!!!
