Adam Carcione and Toa Gaono are fantastic!! Both showed professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication of what I was dealing with. I had the misfortune of closing my garage door on my car.. While the car's damage was minor, my garage door didn't fare as well. It was bowed and wouldn't close. This happened two days before I was to travel out of the country. I called Door Dorks after their competitor suggested it. The gentleman who answered the phone showed empathy and while I couldn't get the door repaired before my trip, he talked me through manually closing it and locking it so I didn't have to worry. After my return Adam came and diagnosed the issues. He was very professional, courteous, and understood my problem. He was able to jerry rig my garage so I was able to use it while waiting for a new door. Fast forward two and a half weeks (about two weeks sooner) Toa installed my new door. He was awesome! He communicated clearly what he would do, what he did, and instructed me on maintenance tasks and tips. The entire experience from my initial call, status calls with the associates in the office, Adam, and Toa was great. Good product, great service and pricing!

Adam performed a thorough initial inspection and clearly explained the problems with my two 20 year old garage door motor systems.
