I got to train here for a day while away from home. Professor’s Westin and Dylan are very knowledgeable and attentive coaches. I had a great time on the mat. Gym was clean and the team gave a great vibe. I will definitely be back to train here when I am in North Richland Hills. 🇧🇷🥋🤙🏼

My favorite grappling gym in all of DFW. Incredible coaches who will help you reach your goals no matter what they may be, fitness, competition or building yourself as a person. They incorporate family ethics and morals to create a comfortable space where you can grow in a welcoming community. The smiles on the faces from professional MMA fighters to parents enrolling their kids in a pastime represent the true core of what martial arts should be. I recommend Double Five Mid Cities to anyone from any background looking for something new in their life.

Hearing that our values and smiles reflect what martial arts should be means a lot to us. We look forward to continuing to support your growth in fitness, competition, and personal development. See you on the mats.

I love training here. Westin is excellent at teaching jiu jitrsu techniques in a way that they can be used effectively. The NoGi and wrestling coach, Dylan, is very knowledgeable and has awesome drills that make everyone great grapplers. If you are interested in the kids program, this is still the place to be. Tanner and Ashley teach great jiu jitsu and discipline. They also make it fun for the kids.
