Phenomenal care of both me and my loved one from the minute I called to ask about hiring them as caregivers… Answered all my questions fully and with ease. The in home evaluation gave us both a chance to interview each other. The written agreement is the most detailed I’ve seen since hiring caregivers for my LO. They treat her like she’s their own family member, They are extremely communicative to me on questions and changes. I can always reach them. They seem to operate like a small office family.. All of the above are much appreciated in helping us both at this point in our lives. Great job, Doves!

Doves has been our in-house caregiving service since I arrived here at Discovery Point Retirement community four years ago and I am extremely pleased with every aspect of their business. My family and I have been working with doves for many years now, before my dad passed they helped keep my parents in their home. Now that Dad has passed they are helping me continue to care for my mother with dementia. Without the excellent people at doves I would be underwater and unable to keep Mom at home where she belongs, they have been amazing to my family and I!!

Alan came out for the home assessment, and his professionalism made me feel comfortable moving forward with Doves right away. Trisha has been excellent with coordinating caregivers, and each caregiver has been caring, dependable, and genuinely supportive. They’ve helped with household chores, accompanied my family member to medical appointments, and handled minor errands all with kindness and patience. Doves has been a tremendous help during a challenging time, and I’m very grateful for their team.

I have been a client of Dove’s for almost a year now. I was really in a bind and didn’t know where to get help. When I reached out, I received an in home assessment, which is so important so for both the client and the caregiver’s safety and needs. I have received great care from hardworking, kind and compassionate individuals. Some who have even become good friends! The manager, trisha, is wonderful, always there to assist with my changing needs, and hectic schedule. I don’t know how I’d get thru my weeks without Dove’s help and support. Update: Just wanted to post a quick update on here, I have now been a very happy customer of Doves Caregiving for close to three years now. The service has remained consistent, caring, and extremely flexible and accommodating. As my health changes, my needs for caregiving also change, and management and the caregivers both have been very understanding and flexible with my ever-changing schedule and needs.
