The liquid cooler in my gaming computer failed, so I brought it to the desktop technician at Downtown Computer. Within just two days, they replaced and upgraded the cooler and had my computer back to me. It now runs exceptionally well, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the service and the results. I highly recommend Downtown Computer to anyone in need of computer repair or upgrades.

I've been a customer with them since 1992. Got my first computer and first laptop there and several more laptops since. They were and still are the best in town. I'm not tech savvy, thankfully they are, very patient with me. My sister from out of state had coffee spilled on her laptop, they were prompt in getting the laptop in and fixed within 36 hours. Life savers!

I have worked with DTC for many years, personally, with my Mac, and professionally. I have always been impressed with their service. The technicians are skilled, easy to talk with, explain things so you can understand and have been great to work with all the way around. I highly recommend them.

$150 upfront bench fee and associate promised to look at it first thing in the morning and give me a call... No call in the morning, had to call them and then, out on hold for 5 minutes only to be told the tech had left for the day and had not looked at the laptop. I went back and picked up computer and got a refund, laptop still broke and now I am a day later... front desk employee had no idea about the issue or the reason why I was back and didn't seem to care... would not recommend.

Whether it was the customer service or the quality of work, the team and staff here at downtown computer were beyond what i expected. I presented the problem and what i have tried to do to fix an issue with my personal computer, the staff (George) took it and ran with it. It did take a little longer than expected but that was not at the hand of them. All in all i can use my personal computer without any bios issues or any issues in general. AND they were able to keep all my personal files which is just a little add on that i appreciate greatly. 10/10 recommend downtown computer for any computer troubleshooting needs.
