Customers frequently praise the shop for quick service, clear communication, and fair pricing on tasks like smog checks, battery replacements, and brake repairs. The owner is often described as professional and honest, fostering a sense of trust among regulars. However, low-star reviews highlight a recurring issue with phone etiquette, specifically complaints about rude interactions, arguments, or being hung up on. Additionally, some customers report being refused service for specific vehicle types or dissatisfied with quoted prices for minor repairs.

No actual clue how the service is as Oscar would rather argue over the phone, tbh I've called this place two separate times about differant cars, I work at O'Reillys and deal with these types of people all the time, they aren't generally mean, most likely just lazy as both calls were just full of reasons why they wouldn't do this. Again, hung up the phone with him so taking shit lol. But hey they got good snacks.

Seemed like a nice owner, but he refused to work on my vehicle because it was a Tesla. All I needed done was a simple ABS wheel speed sensor replacement, which is a plug and play job. I had the parts in hand.

First 1 star. Rude! Whoever answered just hung the phone up on me twice for no reason! I will not take this review down until the owner deals with it thanks
