These gentlemen are excellent. They work with you even with the bad weather and power outages we had. They came once my power returned. They left everything inside and outside very clean after cleaning my dryer venting system. They are very reasonable and pleasure to do business with.
Excellent job. We had A LOT of lint removed eventhough my husband snakes the dryer vent every 4 months. Guys were very professional and efficient. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend this company. Be proactive. Called one day. They came the next morning .
All I can say is friendly and excellent service. They knew their stuff and I could tell cared. They were very patient and answered all our questions (which were a lot). Home was 18 years old and we just renovated so it was definitely overdue for a cleaning.

They did a really professional job cleaning and sanitizing my ducts. They were able to clean a little mold growth from my air units during the process and pinpointed how moisture was settling and adjusted the units accordingly. They are fair in price and very thorough. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!
Curtis did an awesome job cleaning our air ducts! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He was thorough, respectful of our home, and left everything clean when he was finished. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. I can't recommend Curtis and Cody enough! They installed a new HVAC vent for our home addition, cleaned our dryer vent, and sanitized all of our ductwork. They were honest, hardworking, and incredibly thorough. They treated our home like it was their own and made sure everything was done right. It's hard to find people who genuinely care about the quality of their work, but they absolutely do. We'll be using them again and recommending them to family and friends!
These guys do great work! Called at 9pm worried about getting our dryer vent clean before we installed a new washer dryer set. They squeezed me in at 8am the very next day!!! They were prompt, professional, and genuinely nice people!! Thanks
Downwind did an excellent job cleaning my ducts and vents. The previous owner had multiple dogs and the system was in need of some attention, that was no problem for these guys. Friendly and professional, I’ll be calling Downwind for any HVAC related work going forward.
