I was honestly at my wits end when I found Heal from Within. I had been to conventional western medicine doctors, med clinics and an online HRT program. None had been able to actually diagnose what was going on in my body. From my 1st visit with Dr. Landi I knew I had found the right place. Their testing is thorough and can actually help them see what is going on inside the body. I have been in treatment for about 3 months now and I have seen improvements in my overall health already. Highly recommend if you're looking for a practitioner who will actually listen to you, run labs that show you the whole picture of your health, and come up with a comprehensive plan to get you feeling good. When i started with Dr. Landi a year ago, I was in so much abdominal pain daily. I was inflamed, bloated, cramping. Today, i have zero pain, a flat tummy, no inflammation! He guided me the whole way through, checking in monthly formally, but available any time through his portal. Really couldn't recommend him more!

I paid upfront for a full year of care with this practitioner, but ultimately stopped working with him after he yelled at me for asking reasonable questions about my treatment.
Before I committed and paid, he was courteous, attentive, and engaged. Afterward, I noticed a marked change in how he interacted with me. The care and communication did not match the impression I had been given before signing up.
Over more than eight months, I repeatedly raised concerns about symptoms I was experiencing while taking his recommended supplements, including products intended to address hormone concerns. I was told we would keep monitoring, but I did not feel those concerns were meaningfully addressed.
We had check-in calls approximately every two weeks, yet I repeatedly had to remind him of our previous discussions and bring him up to speed. This left me feeling that he was arriving unprepared and not keeping track of my care.
My initial assessment included a DUTCH test. When follow-up testing focused on adrenal function, I asked why we weren’t reassessing the hormone levels that had prompted his recommendations. Given my ongoing symptoms, I wanted to understand whether the treatment was helping or whether any levels might now be too high.
Instead of calmly explaining his reasoning, he yelled at me, telling me that if I wanted another test, I could pay for it and that this was how he practiced. I ended the conversation and told him I needed a break. He later texted me to apologize for his behavior, but my trust was broken, and I chose not to continue.
I also consulted several medical doctors, all of whom advised me to stop the supplements immediately and told me they were contributing to the symptoms I had repeatedly raised with him. Once I stopped taking them, I felt better right away. This made the repeated reassurances about monitoring especially troubling: my concerns needed to be taken seriously.
He is not a medical doctor. If you are considering care involving hormone-related supplements, please verify the practitioner’s credentials and ask how dosing, possible side effects, and follow-up testing will be managed. Based on my experience, I would now choose a licensed medical doctor with specific training in hormone care.
Patients should be able to report symptoms and ask questions about their treatment without being yelled at. Paying for regular appointments is not the same as receiving attentive care, and an apology did not restore my confidence in his approach.

Amazing on every front! I ended up with Dr Landi after my second pregnancy when I no longer felt like myself both physically and mentally. Dr Landi is the first doctor in 38 years to find the actual problem and address it at its roots. After just one week on his protocol I noticed immediate differences and now 3 months in i am beginning to feel like myself again. My journey is far from over, however, with consistency, discipline and Doctor Landi I know my goals are achievable again.
