My son's and my experience with Dr. Nathan and his staff has been nothing short of excellent. My son was born with a peg lateral and no lateral on the other side. I've known since he was about one year old that he would eventually need an implant. Over the course of the past eight years, we have planned extensively, he’s received two phases of ortho, and multiple gum revision procedures. About a year ago, he began seeing Dr. Stein for general dentistry. I explained my son’s unique situation: he needed a lateral implant and had a peg lateral with bonding on the other side. Dr. Stein and his staff coordinated procedure dates with my son’s periodontist, all was set for my son to begin the implant process as soon as he turned 18, which was in December 2025. Unexpectedly, Dr. Stein retired, and Dr. Nathan took over just months before my son was due to receive the implant. I was extremely anxious, to say the least. However, Dr. Nathan jumped in without skipping a beat. I, once again, explained my son’s complex situation. Dr. Nathan examined my son and found an unanticipated issue: the sizing of the space for his implant did not match the space on the side with the peg lateral with bonding. At the last minute, the plans we’d had for years pivoted. We now needed to do a crown on my son’s peg lateral, as well as shave a tiny bit off the surrounding teeth to match the spacing on the opposite side. I was beyond nervous, but Dr. Nathan was calm, cool, and collected. Because he was so confident and he noticed an issue that had otherwise gone unnoticed for so long, I felt comfortable moving forward with this very last minute change. Over the course of the next several weeks, there was a lot of coordinating that took place between schedules—mine, the periodontist’s, and Dr. Nathan’s. Dr. Nathan took it upon himself to have more than one after-hours conversation with my son’s periodontist to confirm that we were all on the same page with timing and treatment plan. I have no experience with crowns or implants and did not know what to expect, especially considering that the laterals are in the front of the mouth, I was apprehensive. Dr. Nathan’s office sent the impression to a lab that made both the lateral implant and crown for the other lateral at the same time so they could make them as similar as possible. On September 9th, the crown and implant were placed and the results exceeded my expectations! My son finally has a full set of beautiful teeth and he is thrilled that he no longer has to hide behind his retainers. I am eternally grateful for the results they delivered and the way they handled my son's case with the utmost care and professionalism. Thank you, Dr. Nathan and staff! - Sabrina Sonderman

Have been going to this office for YEARS of my life, for a reason. Their dentists, hygienists, and staff are top of their game. Dr. Stein, and Dr Zaghi are professionals of the highest calibur and are just kind, fun, caring dudes. Whenever I’ve been in pain, they always find a way to make time for and bend over backwards to help me. All of their staff from the front office to the finance clerk are always great to visit with and create a calm, caring environment in here. If every business out there, operated on the level that this office does, there would be zero customer service complaints anywhere. Not sure if anyone reads these - my mom does haha - so to my mom, or other moms reading these reviews who are trying to find a trustworthy crew of dentists who are fast, fun, and more skilled than any in the area, try this office out. You won’t be disappointed.

We loved Dr. Zaghi. I found him to be very honest with my teeth health and took a lot of time to go through the imaging with me and also talk to me more about how to prevent cavities and gum disease. I tell all my friends about him and they also have switched and now go to him because he's so good!
