Customers describe Dr. Pest as providing thorough inspections and effective removal of rodents, termites, spiders, and insects, often with same-day or next-day service. Reviewers frequently cite reasonable pricing and helpful, knowledgeable technicians who communicate clearly and offer practical advice. One criticism notes a perceived lack of honesty, where initial assurances of elimination were later contradicted by technicians admitting the system would not work for specific tree rat situations.
