Christopher did a very thorough and professional home inspection. He took pictures of every item included in the report and explained them in full detail. I received the report immediately after the inspection. He caught every issue that needed repairs before closing. I will always use Dragonfly Home Inspections in the future!

Trey did an amazing job inspecting our home! He was extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to walk us through everything he found. He answered all of our questions clearly and patiently, and made sure we understood what he was looking at and why it was important. We really appreciated how detailed his inspection was and how approachable he was throughout the entire process. He pointed out both the major items and the smaller things we may not have noticed on our own, which gave us a much better understanding of the home and helped us feel confident moving forward with our purchase. Mr.Tremaine, You inspected the roof, foundation, and structure with real care, checked every outlet and switch, tested the plumbing fixtures and water pressure throughout the house, examined the HVAC system in detail, and even got into the attic and crawl space to check things most people would skip.Every chip, crack, scratch everything thing .Nothing seemed to escape your attention — you caught small details that could have easily been missed by someone less diligent. Your patience in walking me through your findings, answering our questions, and explaining exactly what you found (and why it mattered) gave us real peace of mind about this investment. Chris and his team at Dragonfly are top-notch and genuinely great people! They were on time, extremely thorough, and took the time to walk us through the entire house and explain everything they found. The home my wife and I are under contract on was built in 1965, so naturally we had some concerns about what we might be getting into with an older home. Chris and the Dragonfly team did an excellent job explaining what was important, what needed attention, and what we should expect moving forward. They gave us a lot of peace of mind going into such a big purchase. I would absolutely recommend Dragonfly to anyone looking for a thorough, knowledgeable, and trustworthy home inspector!

Don’t come to them unless you’re buying a newer home. Unfortunately, for my husband and I, they were recommended by our realtor when we purchased our first home in April. Wyatt and a trainee did our inspection (pretty quickly I might add) and when we came by to go over the inspection we had two main concerns, the water heater that was 10+ years old and what kind of sewer pipes our home had. Wyatt told us the water heater wasn’t a problem. It was something that just “breaks when it breaks” and as for the pipes, he said they were PVC not cast iron. We managed to get the old home owners to replace the water heater because when this item breaks it’s over $1000 to replace. As for the pipes, they ended up being cast iron and had to be replaced within two weeks of moving into the home. Cast iron pipes were a huge red flag for us when buying a home so the fact that he guessed and didn’t even look at our pipe clean outs which were located in visible areas in the front and back of the home is ridiculous. When we reached out to Chris (the owner) he apologized for Wyatt’s (the owner’s SON) mistake, but didn’t offer to help in anyway. Not even for a refund of the inspection that was supposed to “save us thousands”. All he did was send an email wiping their hands clean of the whole situation. Saying that they only look at things that are “visible”. Well the pipe clean outs in the front and backyard were pretty visible. Truly disappointing.
