I can't recommend Drain Man highly enough. They are always on time and do an excellent job. I have them clear our lateral drain every year. Last year, they waited with me until the town of Brighton came out with a camera to scope my drains for free instead of charging me. Courteous and reliable.

Elliott did a complete clean out of my sewer pipe from inside basement to outside clean out- he used a camera to verify state of the pipe and confirmed it should be fine now - his rate was very reasonable - he is an honest and conscientious individual- I highly recommend Drain Man Plumbiing!!

My go-to guys for any plumbing needs. Elliot and Chris are fantastic. They're professional, courteous, and efficient. Prices are more than competitive. My hot water tank is in the same area as my furnace. It was a complicated install but Elliot managed to work thru the issues and got it installed to code. Great team. I highly recommend.

Drain Man Plumbing installed a new Moen Flo Shutoff device and a pressure regulator. The install was done professionally and has worked well with no issues for two months. As always it was super easy to schedule the job with Elliot!

Unfortunately with clay pipes and tree roots, I’ve become a repeat customer. But everyone I’ve encountered in the company is straightforward, honest, clean, and professional. I’ve had them out for big and small jobs and Elliott is always willing to take time to explain everything in terms I can understand! They always clean up really well too. Would definitely recommend. I’ll never use another company (and I have been through a couple…)

I have used Elliott and Drainman plumbing for years for my rental property and for my own home today was for my rental to help my tenants connect a gas dryer and for the other tenants to replace a very old CLAWFOOT faucet, which was quite tricky . Drain Man always provides excellent service and communication! I use them for myself and all of my extended family do any plumbing needs (emergency or normal projects). They provided the most economical solution and delivered as promised! But more importantly is their ability to communicate clearly (even with my 93 year old mother in law that they explained clearly and with a lot patience!).

Elliot was AWESOME! Super professional, yet easy to talk to. He helped me understand what I needed done in my home to make it more efficient and to avoid potential issues in the future. He scheduled me pretty quickly and was prompt, clean and great to work with! I would go back and recommend 100%!
