I was in the process of selling my home so I had to get a septic inspection done. In the process of all that one of the lids had gotten a hole in it so it couldn’t be filled back in with the dirt. They sent out these two young men Billy and Will who were very knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and knew exactly what to do and by the time they left, you would’ve never knew I had a hole in my backyard. I am one happy customer and would recommend Drain Mechanics to anyone.
Scott E was the BEST. Extremely professional knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Explained what we needed and what services needed to be performed. Did repairs promptly efficiently and politely. Prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful! We needed our drainfield mapped out for a potential project. Drain Mechanics scheduled us immediately. The technician mapped everything out clearly in orange paint and took the time to explain our entire system to us. While the drainfield ended up extending a bit further than we had hoped, at least we have it properly documented now. Their prompt and thorough response completely helped us determine our next steps. Highly recommend!

Drain Mechanics from the beginning of the process of trouble shooting and completing the installing of a new septic system was fantastic. Skyler who determined we needed a new septic system and completed the permit application was so professional. Skylar, also, came out during the process to determine an issue that might have resulted in installing a pump system. He determined the original plan was still viable. He did no try to sale us the pump system that would have increased the cost. Maygun who coordinated construction for Drain Mechanics in the office had so much knowledge and was a great point of contact during every phase. Hunter was the foreman of the construction along with his assistant, Joseph, went beyond expectations. They were very careful avoiding our sprinkler heads. They did have to remove only one sprinkler head which was unavoidable. At every stage they were precise and very meticulous. The final cleanup was excellent. Hunter was always willing to take the time to answer any question from either me or my wife. He would make sure that we clearly understood. He had great patience. Drain Mechanics is the company to call for any septic issues, including pumping. Thank you Drain Mechanics.

Called Drain Mechanics to diagnose a water heater leak. They quickly identified an issue with the bladder tank and got to work to replace it. They also replaced the pva for copper to ensure the tank was secure and stable. They were friendly, prompt and efficient. Will definitely call them again when I have plumbing needs.

Alan and Dammion were absolutely fantastic. They were able to diagnose my problem, give me options, and fix the issue in under 45 minutes. They were incredibly personable, funny, and kind, and I am SO grateful that they were able to help. They also made sure to test that everything worked appropriately twice before leaving and gave me contact information in case I encounter any future issues. I will be calling Drain Mechanics, and probably even requesting Alan and Dammion specifically, if I encounter any other issues. Thank you for saving my week!

Alan and Dammion were great! They were very fast, professional, and punctual, and they called ahead before arriving. They went above and beyond by fixing a few other issues that weren’t even part of the reason I originally called them.
