Drain Savants sent a plumber within an hour to rod our backed up sewer. The plumber was thorough and efficient and had us unclogged in short order. Paying by Zelle beat writing a check. We've used them twice and have been satisfied both times.

I had a toilet leak. I called Drain Savants I spoke to Tammy she was very pleasant. Within the hour the plumber had arrived. The plumber was very nice and had manors. Plumber fixed the problem and cleaned up any mess. Very pleasant experience. I would recommend Drain Savants.
I called Drain Savants and spoke to Tammy. She assured me her plumber would be by me within the hour . Within 45 minutes Jim and Lisa were at my door. I have been having issues with my bathtub not draining and leaving gross standing water up to my ankles . They came in and fixed my issue. My bathtub has been draining great!!! . I am very impressed and satisfied with the whole process from start to finish ! They also were the cheapest around with prices . I would recommend Drain Savants to anyone!! Great company ,great prices, great service!
I was charged $200 for to unclog my shower. They shot air through the line but it was unsuccessful and there was no transparency on the pricing. I would have expected to pay $50 for a similar service. I ended up fixing it myself. I wish they would offer a refund for the extremely ineffective, expensive air blasting service. The true issue was a shower
value replacement…
Tammy was great and had a plumber out right away on a Saturday to have a look at our shower.
They were prompt with fair pricing and followed up with great information. We will definitely use them in the future for our plumbing needs!
