Kevin came out (almost on time, but he stayed in touch). He cleaned the shower drain pretty quickly, answered my many questions, checked the drain pipe from in the crawl space.
Explained pricing up front. No up selling or pitching. Happy with the job, the work, and Kevin, and will use them again.
