If you think a modest, 1976 split-level ranch can't be turned into a beautiful, modern home, you haven't worked with Dream Homes and Amina Design Co.
Our home is a split-level ranch circa 1976 and we bought it primarily because we loved the lot and location. Given the modest stature of our dated home, we knew it would take creative expertise to transform the space. After a brief walk-through and a few long conversations, we collected photos of the color and aesthetic feeling we wanted, and Amina Design Co. took it from there. They walked us through the process, created the blueprints, and formed a cohesive interior design plan that gave us significantly more usable space.
Dream Homes is aptly named because if you can dream it, they can design and build it. Dream Homes installed new windows, woodwork, flooring, fixtures, and finishes. The best part of the experience for us was that the Dream Homes team—truly "the Dream Team"—were meticulous about their work from beginning to end.
During construction, they uncovered some hidden structural issues that needed to be brought up to code. They handled it flawlessly and were absolutely meticulous about the details. Everything is now safe, up to code, and beautifully executed. We love every single detail of our "new" home and highly recommend this incredible team!

We chose Dream Homes for our two remodel projects because of their inhouse design and top notch construction services. We had a general idea of what we wanted for redoing our entryway and our living room fireplace.
Amina took our rough ideas and came up with great solutions that fit the space, character of the home, and our personal tastes. The construction process was well communicated and very easy from our side. Esnad and team were punctual, efficient, and treated the job site like it was their own home.
The whole process was pleasant and we felt very taken care of. When we found little issues (part of remodeling a 30 year old house) Esnad and Amina were quick and upfront with communication and a plan/solution.
Highly recommend, will absolutely be going back to Dream Homes for our next future remodel or design need.

The team at Dream Homes has provided white glove service from the first moment we met with them. They came to our house, listened and then provided ideas on how we could turn our newly acquired house into our Dream Home. From high level concept to the last gritty detail they made sure it was the way we wanted it. It’s hard to find someone that stands for quality and reputation but not with these guys. Worth every dollar….you will not be disappointed! Amina and Esnad are Amazing!
