Reviewers frequently praise the quality of musical performances, comfortable seating, and the venue's aesthetic appeal for events like weddings and brunches. Positive feedback highlights attentive staff and good sightlines, while recurring criticisms involve inconsistent food temperatures and perceived high pricing for dining options. Additionally, some guests report issues with parking difficulties and isolated instances of rude service or event cancellations without refunds.

I've been to Drury Lane countless times for dinner, Sunday brunches, musicals, and special events, and every experience has been wonderful. The staff is always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares about their guests.
During one performance, we mentioned that the room was a little cold, and they promptly adjusted the temperature. It's those small details that make such a difference. Drury Lane is truly a special place, and I always look forward to returning!
I liked The Buddy Holly Story. Parking is very difficult. Eating a meal there is just fair. They cut back on the number of actors for this production. The theater was only half full.
I was a guest in a wedding last night and the food was terrible it was not cooked enough waitresses were very mean even they collected all the cheesecake all the desserts before even people touch them the people were busy in the wedding and they gave them five minutes to eat them then they collect all the dessert and throw them in the garbage.
At the end of the wedding the food was packed and given to workers and this is not a professional practice.
