I had a wonderful experience with DryDocs Restoration. They made what I thought was going to be a stressful, painstaking process into a learning experience. I learned so much from Henny and his workers. After I agreed to have the job done, they kept me informed everyday of what was going to be done and what was…
We had a great experience with DryDocs after a few heavy storms caused a significant amount of water to get into our basement. Their team was incredibly communicative and transparent throughout the entire process, and they went above and beyond to connect us with other companies when additional work was needed to…
I’ve worked with Henny on multiple projects. As a Community Manager, I greatly appreciate his responsiveness and network of vendors for projects that extend beyond DryDocs’ scope.
I’ve never been so excited to write a review, but I always try to share my experience to help others who may need the same service. Most people call a company like Dry Docs on one of their worst days, whether it’s water damage, busted pipes, or mold. In my case, I discovered mold and needed professional mold…
DryDocs Restoration exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They took the time to clearly explain the scope of work, outlined what to expect at each step, and communicated consistently along the way. What…
Best restoration company by far. We had a leak in our bathroom that had saturated our living room/kitchen ceiling. I called Drydoc's and Henry, the owner, came out immediately to mitigate the damage. He explained everything that needed to be done step by step. He got us right on the schedule and his team showed…
Nathan and his team do outstanding work! Highly recommend this company for water and mold midigation.
Henry and the DryDocs team were great to work with and made a miserable situation a lot less stressful. Henry was easy to get in touch with, patient and sympathetic, and an all around great communicator. We never had to pester him to get a reply, always heard back super quickly. The guys who did our mold remediation…
I cannot say enough good things about DryDocs and Henny. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they genuinely cared about helping us, not just getting the job done. They walked us through every step, explained what they were doing, and treated our home like it was their own. Everyone in their crew was…
Henry and his entire crew were awesome! Very communicative and transparent about the process and pricing. To the guys that came in and did so much hard work, Tommy. Louie, Pete, and Mike, you guys are the best and you really were able to make my house feel like a home again.
We had a tester out who detected mold and referred Henny and his company. We interviewed a few other companies, and DryDocs was by far the best. Our intuition was spot on and they were professional and awesome to work with. Couldn't recommend them any higher!
A few months ago our bathroom had to be gutted due to mold, Henny came over and helped us out as soon as we ran into the problem and fixed it as soon as he could later that evening! We’ve called him on other occasions with other concerns and he was responsive and came right out! No matter what time it is he is…
I've worked with Henny and DryDocs multiple times over the past few years for water damage cleanups. They are the most trustworthy, honest, and communicative home services company I've dealt with. We had a water leak at 2 am and Henny was there in 30 minutes to start the cleanup. These guys are true professionals!
I cannot recommend DryDoc enough. We had water come in through two points in our home due to a roof leak. The DryDoc team was out within 48hrs to assess our work and generate a full quote and report that we could share with out insurance. Henny, Adam, and their team were so incredibly helpful, communicative, and…
I would recommend DryDocs to anyone who needs this type of service. They are helpful, knowledgable, responsive, professional, honest, kind, offer high quality work - I could seriously go on and on. 10/10 across the board Thanks for everything fellas!
We discovered that a leak from my second floor bathroom had led to mold in my kitchen and basement and called DryDocs. Henny and his team were so great to work with, they got me on their schedule quickly and were able to do the work while I was out of town on a previously planned trip. Henny was so responsive and…
