Customers highlight punctual arrivals, clear communication, and thorough cleaning of dryer vents and lint systems. Technicians frequently explain procedures, show before-and-after photos, and provide detailed pricing before starting work. While many appreciate the professional service and safety benefits, several low-star reviews criticize the company for high costs, unexpected extra charges, and billing errors that require customer follow-up to resolve.

I always feel better when I have this safety service completed. I do highly recommend Dryer Vent Wizard. Service was scheduled for just a few days after I called. I was kept informed when the technician was on the way and he arrived within the arrival timeframe I was given when I made the appointment. DaAndre explained what he would be doing, showed me before and after pictures of the vent and left a detailed report of the service provided and the condition of the system. It is comforting to know that this safety service is completed!

Great experience on 10-22-26.
Tech went above and beyond cleaning both the inside of the dryer and the lint vent to the exterior of the house. The lint vent pipe from the dryer to the outside hadn’t been cleaned in over 20 years? The amount of lint, debris was incredible. Could have made 4 coats from it.
Tech was quick, thorough and knew what to do.
Highly recommend this Company. Great experience!
Thank you Vent Wizard

Update: I just had Q come out for the second year in a row and it was once again an excellent experience. Que has a very personable approach, and sees dryer venting issues all the time every day. I appreciate his expertise and recommendations. I know it’s possible that I could do some of this work myself, but I appreciate having someone with Que’s experience take a look to make sure everything is in good working order. This year I had him install fireproof housing from the dryer to the wall; this housing is a fire retardant that gives me great peace of mind as we run our dryer for another year. I highly recommend this company to you!
Original: Our dryer was not drying properly anymore, so I gave this company a call. The technician that came out, Que, was extremely professional and gave me a good education concerning what he would be doing while onsite and some of the potential products I could purchase. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Great tech, great communication from the company, excellent work, and a two-year guarantee on the new vent plate I had installed on the exterior of my home.
