Customers report that DryerVentz technicians typically arrive on time, communicate clearly, and perform thorough dryer vent cleanings, inspections, and repairs. Many reviewers note reasonable pricing, professional conduct, and the convenience of scheduling appointments quickly. A recurring criticism involves a missed appointment where the customer was told to wait a month, alongside one instance where a dryer failed to heat after the service.

Either a scam or incompetent. Tech never showed up and they stated I'd have to wait a month for another appointment.

Technician arrived on time and cleaned my dryer vent without having to go into my attic! Technician was clean and very knowledgeable. Will contact DryerVentz again when I need dryer vent inspection or cleaning!
Tech was nice & hard worker, however, promised me my dryer would heat-up again post-cleaning. Not. No heat!

Very reasonable price for excellent service provided by John who thoroughly cleaned and replaced some duct work (up a wall, thru the attic, and out the roof). Should have done this years ago as drying time has been reduced by 50%! Hard to say the impact on electric bill - live and learn!!

I needed the drier vent cleaned and inspected to see that it was intact in the wall and attic. I called DryerVentz yesterday and it was scheduled for today. The technician, Josiah, did a great job. He first checked the vent piping in the wall and attic using a camera and determined the pipe was intact all the way to the roof. He then proceeded to clean the vent pipe from floor to roof and reexamined it with the camera when done. then he climbed up to the roof to inspect the actual roof mounted vent and found that that the flap and varmint guard were missing. I purchased a new vent and am going to replace it tomorrow. all in all it was a pleasure doing business with them and I am confident that the vent is in good shape. I would recommend "DryerVentz".
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're glad we could schedule your service promptly and that Josiah provided a thorough inspection and cleaning of your dryer vent system. Awesome! This is a game changer for us. We have had people out before to clean our vents. Nothing like this thoroughness he gave me advice on how to keep it clean and what to do to prevent problems in the future. He was a wealth of information and I would highly recommend them
