I recently had my home inspection completed by DS Home Inspection Services, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Ditanyan was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. The inspection report was detailed, easy to understand, and packed with photos, explanations, and clear recommendations. He didn’t just list issues — he explained what they meant, why they mattered, and what steps to take next.
I appreciated how much care he put into educating me as a future homeowner. The report included maintenance guidance, safety notes, and even resources to help me stay on top of the home’s long‑term health. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants clients to feel confident and informed.
The inspection covered every major system of the home, and the findings were presented in a way that made the process stress‑free. Communication was excellent, and the entire experience felt honest, transparent, and customer‑focused.
If you’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented inspector who goes above and beyond, DS Home Inspection Services is the one to call. I highly recommend them.

Ditanyan and his team were amazing, through, and efficient. I am very happy with their services. I have a new construction home that they completed the pre and post drywall inspections for. He even reviews a video the builder’s plumber provided of the sewer inspection for me.
I will be using them for my 11-month warranty inspection as well.

These guys are GREAT!! Prior to scheduling my inspection, I had a lottttt of questions, which some may find tedious. But DS was extremely patient and understanding and answered all of my questions thoroughly! Once I scheduled them and they came by, they were very communicative as to what they were doing, what their equipment was doing, and the reason behind everything. They continued to show patience and professionalism as I followed them around (like a little weirdo) asking more questions! On top of that, they were extremely personable, polite and willing to simply chat and joke while they worked! Lastly, their reports are very quickly provided AND very detailed!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I had a great experience with my home inspector and would highly recommend him. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to carefully evaluate the home, which was especially important to me as a first time homebuyer, of new construction.
I especially appreciate that his service didn’t end when the inspection was over. He took the time to speak with me afterward, walk me through the report, answer my questions, and explain which findings are fairly normal to see at this stage of new construction versus which items may warrant more attention. That context was incredibly helpful and made the report much easier to understand without unnecessarily alarming me.
I felt that he was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure I understood the condition of the home. I’m very glad I chose to have an independent inspection and would absolutely recommend him to other homebuyers.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this — it truly means a lot.
New construction is one of the areas where an independent set of eyes matters most. A home can look completely finished and still have items worth documenting before your warranty window starts closing, so I'm glad the post-inspection walkthrough helped you sort out what's typical at this stage versus what deserves a closer look. Helping first-time buyers actually understand their home — not just hand them a report — is the part of this work I enjoy most.
Congratulations on the new home, and please don't hesitate to reach out if questions come up down the road. My door stays open long after the inspection is done.
