I inquired about a rental and had the dumpster drop off coordinated within an hour. Perfect customer service and I can't imagine having a successful move without them. Well worth the cost and I would not hesitate to use again. The rental process was seamless and could not have been any better.
And also, flexible. I strongly recommend this business.
I’m glad I found Duckbox Dumpsters. They provided excellent service and were quick to respond when I had questions. I will definitely be using them in the future!!
This was exactly what I needed! I ordered the 20 yard & it was perfect for what I needed it for! Mark was absolutely amazing at communicating with me about the date, time of delivery & even called me the day before pickup to verify I didn't need it longer & what time would work best for me for them to pick up!…
Absolute wonderful service from start to finish. Selecting what we needed was easy. Inquiring about a quote was fast. Delivery and Pick-Up was prompt and the customer service was above and beyond. Mark was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly when I reached out with a question. The dumpster came on time as promised. Drop off and pick up were quick and efficient. The whole process was easy and painless. Highly recommend!
The process was really easy and effortless. The dumpster arrived and I was able to get my project done in a matter of hours. I requested to have the dumpster removed later the same day and they accommodated my request, and I had my driveway back by the time I got home from my errands. Would absolutely recommend Duckbox Dumpsters for any project.
Duckbox Dumpsters was a pleasure to work with. (Mark is who I worked with). Even though they are closed on weekends, Mark still responded to my inquiry / emails and got me all set up for a last minute Monday delivery. They delivered first thing in the morning and on time! Pickup was simple; they checked in the day…
Amazing experience. We got a text when the dumpster was dropped off and didn’t hear a peep when it was picked up!
A different dumpster rental company had failed to show up with the dumpster that we had reserved, so we called Mark, at DuckBox Dumpsters, and he was friendly, professional and set up everything for us quickly, and the dumpster was delivered at the agreed upon time, and they called to check up on us a few times, in…
Prompt response to questions and renting was easy on short notice. It was a clean dumpster and no issues. Would recommend and use again. Already recommended to neighbors.
This is the best company we have ever dealt with! So personal, so professional! They communicated with us nonstop to let us know what was going on every step of the way! They are the best at what they do & what you need! 😁👍
DD, showed up & called to make sure they placed the dumpster in the right spot. Checked on if we needed longer. Just a great company to rent from.
Needed a box. Got a duck box. All questions answered and the bill was prompt. Filled the duck box. Got COVID, but not from the duck box. Got COVID from somewhere else. COVID sucks. Duck box did not suck. COVID ruined my week. Duck Box made it better. Only thing I would change about the duck box: nothing.
On schedule and excellent service.
Very professional, a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this business.
I had 20 yards of construction debris and household cleanout material hauled away. Whew! What a great feeling to see headed off! The three days to load everything worked well. Communication was excellent - all questions answered quickly and clearly. Highly recommended!

With 12+ dumpster companies not only was Duckbox priced the best the service was above and beyond. We have just Duckbox three time over that past year and we will use them in the future.
Love Duckbox and their crew. So easy to get scheduled and pick up was a breeze. Was able to clean out storage unit and garage over the weekend. So nice to be able to save money and reclaim our garage.
Rapid delivery and pickup. Professional service. Really liked the experience.

Mark was amazing as I didn't know if I would need two dumpsters or not. He got me the dumpster on short notice as I was in Tennessee. He would call me to see how I was doing and held another dumpster in case I needed it as I only had 4 days to clean out my parents home. I would definitely use the again and would recommend them to others.
Top notch service from a top notch company. Very personable, honest, and on time. Went above and beyond by throwing away some of the trash I didn’t get into the dumpster after working late. Noticed the front door of the duplex was left open that I am currently working on, and they called me immediately. He locked…
