Alan and Amanda were very professional and courteous. Their prices are great and the quality of service is excellent.
Duct Busters came out to clean the air ducts after I was told by another HVAC company they were "filthy" and quoted nearly $2k to clean them. After some research I came across Duct Busters and they quoted around ¼ of what that other big name HVAC company did. Alan and Amanda from Duct Busters came out and after a little investigation found they were not bad at all and offered some guidance on how I could take care of the issue myself and save a little money. So refreshing to have an honest conversation with someone without being upsold. They are great people and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their ac ducts or dryer vents serviced.
This is the first time we have had our dryer vent cleaned. It was really clogged and worrisome. Alan and his wife were efficient and thorough. They used a camera to assure that everything was cleared out. The dryer time has been cut in half and I am no longer worried about a house fire due lint buildup. But most impressive in today's world of service, they provided honest, on time, efficient work done right. We chose wisely!
They were very professional and helped us with a birds nest that was in our dryer vent on the third floor. Making an appointment was very easy. They came in and got it cleaned up quickly. I would absolutely call them again.
Great job! Highly recommend.

Easy scheduling online, texted beforehand and showed up on time, and they were super nice and professional. Easiest dryer vent cleaning ever.
