Google reviewers rate Duct Pros 4.9 out of 5 based on 91 reviews, frequently praising punctuality, professional conduct, and fair pricing for air duct, dryer vent, and chimney cleaning services. Customers highlight clear communication, efficient scheduling, and thorough work that improves indoor air quality, often noting the team's willingness to fix additional issues without excessive upselling. Tim did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts and vents. He communicated his arrival time clearly, arrived as scheduled, and got right to work. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to ensure all of our vents were properly cleaned.
We have never had our ducts cleaned since moving into our condo, so it gives us great peace of mind knowing that all the dust and lint buildup has been removed. Not only does our home feel cleaner, but we also feel confident that our HVAC system can operate more efficiently. We really appreciate Tim's hard work and would highly recommend him!

I had a very bad experience with Duct Pros and feel obligated to warn others. They sold me a UV light for my AC system and did not even plug it in. On top of that, they altered the electrical outlet improperly, which caused sparking and led to my AC shutting off completely in the middle of winter.
The technician also claimed he treated the AC system for mold, but all he did was spray paint and leave. The entire visit lasted about 15 minutes, which was clearly not a legitimate or thorough service.
When I tried to get help afterward, I called multiple phone numbers and was given the runaround with no resolution, accountability, or urgency. No one took responsibility for the damage or the risk they created.
I do not trust this company and would not recommend them. Please be very cautious before allowing them to work on your home or HVAC system.
Two technicians came in and did my HVAC vent, dryer vent and fireplace chimney. They were polite, efficient and professional. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
A two person team came to clean out our ducts and dryer vent. They were polite, professional, and efficient - got the job done without trying to upsell us. They even figured out how to reach a high ceiling vent.
I would highly recommend them!
Super efficient, friendly & professional , from the first call all the way through service. The lint removal process was fast . Extra points for wearing foot covers without being asked .Highly recommend this family business
Dryer Vent Clearing today. We live in a condo complex where onsite maintenance does not maintain the dryer vents.
This was an excellent experience! On-time. Very respectful and professional. There technicians went the extra mile - they discovered a problem and corrected it, proactively, after clearing the build up of lint. So grateful! Pricing was fair. The results, life-saving. I would hire them again!

Hired DuctPros to clean All 8 of my heating vents, 3 bathroom exhaust fans plus a dryer vent. Not only was their service excellent, efficient & professional (Frank and Mike were superb technicians!), Russell made scheduling a breeze and all were VERY accommodating. To boot, they were very clear in explaining pricing, how the procedure was done and answered all my questions/concerns. Above all, they made sure my expectations were exceeded! - Highly recommended !
We hired Duct Pros for cleaning vents in our laundromat business! Quote was better than other companies! I love working with Asya! Great customer service!
