Excellent customer service. A pleasure doing business with Mason at Ductech Cleaning Inc.
Called Ductech Cleaning to inquire about a dryer vent cleaning at 3:00 pm on Saturday, by 5:30 pm Mason was working at my house. This is incredible as I had already booked another company a week ago only to get cancelled a couple of time. I gave up and decided to look for another company. So glad I did ... I am really happy with his service. I now have my go to dryer vent cleaning company, he is a professional and I highly recommend him.

Quick to respond and schedule appointments on yelp. Reasonable price. Folks came and showed me photos of the cleaning.
Would be nice if they also clean the wall around the vents with dust from the vent. But I guess that wasn't part of the job and I didn't ask them to do that.
All in all, I highly recommend Ductech!

Had them out to clean our dryer vent and they did a fantastic job. The tech was on time, super polite, and got right to work. Pulled out a ton of lint I didn't even realize was stuck in there. The dryer runs way faster now and dries everything in one cycle. Honest pricing, no upsells. Will definitely call them again next year
