Absolutely Love Duggan's, from our sales person Jill, to the delivery guys!<br>I will NEVER purchase any appliance from anyone but Duggan's!<br>Delivery was Top Notch, The guys were extremely knowledgeable of there job, extremely polite, and Very professional. Love the fact we were Never pressured from the minute we walked in the door. Jill was Great! couldn't have asked for a better sales experience from walking into Duggan's until the delivery drivers set up and left, YOU GUYS ROCK! I refer Duggan's to everyone. And yes when i have to go to the big box stores and see someone in their appliance dept. I go over and tell them about Duggan's. We ordered a Bosch range online. It was delivered on-time and included courteous installers. Communication was clear throughout the process. While we have only had the range for only a couple of weeks, we are please with the quality of the Bosch products. We recommend Duggan's over big box stores for appliances.

We bought all of our appliances from Duggan's (Don's) five years ago. The service is great. They are very responsive and everything is still working fine.

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our new refrigerator from Duggan and Don's Appliance Center. The sales team was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the entire selection process smooth and stress-free.<br><br>A special shoutout to the three delivery gentlemen who installed our refrigerator—they were professional, polite, and took incredible care throughout the entire installation process. They made sure everything was set up perfectly and left no trace behind. It’s rare to find this level of customer service and attention to detail from start to finish. Highly recommend Duggan and Don’s!

Overall, my experience was very positive, however, my new refrigerator arrived with three dents, one pretty significant in a visible location. It was disappointing to say the least, but I really couldn’t send it back and wait another week for a new one since I was in need of a refrigerator right then. My sales person and the professionalism of the delivery drivers were very good.

Victor was THE MOST respectable and conscientious delivery employee I have ever encountered!!! He would be one of the main reasons I will continue to buy from Duggan! Great job to whoever does the hiring there! Ashley is also an incredible asset!! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful!!! Love Duggans!!!
