I had a great experience with Duma Paws. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I also loved the setup it looks like a cute little coffee van, which makes the whole experience feel different and welcoming. Great service, great attention, and a really nice concept. I have been trying to find a decent groomer in my area for the longest time! I think I’ve finally found the one. I have searched far and near to find someone who wouldn’t butcher her and have gone through a HANDFUL of groomers. They all had great reviews but never truly listened or gave false product. I’m not even super picky, I mostly wanted a groom that didn’t make her look chopped up. We have a cavalier (Rosie) and after 6yrs of having her she received exactly what I asked for. Thank you to the girls for simply listening and extra extra thank yous for keeping me up to date with sweet videos of the amazing care you gave her!
