I would like to thank you for the outstanding service I received, from scheduling the appointment to the final pickup. Everyone was professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I especially appreciate how patient Michelle was with my multiple phone calls and questions. You took the time to explain everything clearly so I could fully understand what was included and what was not. Scheduling was very convenient, and you worked with the dates and times that fit my needs. I was also impressed by the extra care your team showed when delivering and picking up the dumpster. The company placed protective boards under the wheels to prevent damage to my driveway. After pickup, there were no scratches, dents, or marks left behind.
The billing process was straightforward and transparent. I paid $395 for Saturday through Tuesday, 15 Yard Dumpster with the delivery and pickup dates scheduled at the same time as stated in invoice. I truly appreciated the lack of hidden fees or gimmicks. As long as you are clear about the items you plan to dispose of, the process is simple and honest. In my case, located in Freemansburg, I was able to dispose of a washer, dryer, mattress, a disassembled resin plastic shed, and other household items. There were no additional fees for appliances. Of course, rules may vary by location, so I recommend checking with the company regarding specific items and local regulations.
Overall, I can honestly say that this is a professional company that provides excellent customer service. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dumpster rental services.

One can order online from a website that's easy to navigate, offering reasonable rates and they have friendly staff with which to deal with when human interaction is necessary. I've used them a few times now and haven't had any problems yet and am very satisfied with their service.
