Stopped on my way back from Fiesta Island with my large chocolate lab. I wanted a “do it yourself” wash. A hurried young lady gave me brief instructions. This was Saturday and the place was busy, noisy and crowded. The tub was clean, the water pressure good, and the shampoo dispenser worked well. When I finished and was paying a the front desk, my lab grabbed a treat stick from a ground level display. It was right next to the cash register. It was filled with open treats on dog level. I had good control of her on a short leash. Never-the-less she grabbed some type of long stick type treat and chomped thru it straight away. The answer was “yes” when I said “I guess I have to pay for this too.” My lab is overweight, on diet restriction and allergic to chicken. I have no idea what the chew treat contained, I just wanted to leave the chaos. Pretty good way to sell expensive ($4.50) treats! Won’t be back.

Clean and everything needed (towels, cotton for eyes and ears, cologne, blow dryer) is provided. Warm water is a plus. Different types of brushes & conditioners. Super friendly staff.
I'm disheartened to write this review but I'm very disappointed with the services here.<br><br>We used to come here for the self wash, but then it got too expensive (especially what we were paying for, given it isn't the cleanest place). We found another place we like for baths that is cheaper and cleaner.<br><br>As for grooming, quality varied on the groomer. Overall, I was generally satisfied given the price and the relatively quick turnaround time of 2–3 hours. Unfortunately, the groomer who did the best job with our dog no longer works here.<br><br>Today was the last straw. I made a grooming appointment for my dog (a rescue who understandably has a difficult time with grooming), weeks in advance. They refused to take him today because he was not medicated. I'm absolutely all for keeping the groomers and dogs safe, and I understand their reasoning. However, their lack of communication was extremely disappointing. No one informed us at our previous appointment or when we booked this appointment weeks ago that medication would now be required.<br><br>Like many people, we have busy schedules and planned ahead specifically for this appointment. Rearranging everything at the last minute is not easy for us.
