I am extremely disappointed with this law firm so far. They provided very little immigration support and offered almost no guidance throughout the process. Communication is minimal, and I often felt left on my own to navigate complex procedures. Basically they're charging us to fill out the forms and upload it on our Behalf. I expected more expertise and proactive assistance, but unfortunately, that was not delivered. I would not recommend their services for anyone needing thorough immigration support.

Huge thanks to Mr. Arkell and the Dunn Law firm team including Brynn, Kayla and colleagues that helped my husband and me with our Green Card application. They were outstanding every step of the way, from helping us understand the requirements, compile the documents to make a compelling case, fill out all the paperwork, and navigate the different stages of the process. The process was stressful, but we always felt well supported and the Dunn Law team was super knowledgeable, highly experienced, and very attentive and thoughtful. From start to finish, the entire journey —from I-140 to Adjustment of Status (AOS), was completed in about 9 months, and my green card was approved just 48 hours after the interview. Jim Arkell, my lead attorney, was exceptional throughout. He guided me with clarity, helped me make important decisions with confidence, and always provided timely, thoughtful answers. My AOS application was prepared and filed in just 3–4 days, and any questions I had were answered within 24 hours or less. I enjoyed working with the staff at this firm. Beenish and Brynn were always very responsive and responsible. My emails and questions were replied very quickly with care. Everything went smoothly in the process, and I have been referring my friends to them since then.

Honestly can barely stand to give this firm one star… would not allow me to rate as a zero. Turn around time to answer calls, emails, assisting paying clients is an absolute joke. Don’t waste your money. Excuses and lack of accountability. Take this as your warning.
