Google reviewers highlight prompt scheduling, accurate pricing, and professional communication as key strengths of Durable Door. Customers frequently note that technicians arrive on time, explain repairs clearly, and leave work areas clean. While most experiences are positive, some low-star reviews cite recurring issues with repair durability, such as parts failing shortly after service, and mention instances of rushed or inattentive service during initial visits.

Durable Door Installed my large garage door 8 months ago and they just did a courtesy adjustment at my home. The Technician, Elesvan was not only knowledgeable but courteous and friendly. A real professional and he was very helpful. I love my garage door and now it closes even better than when it was first installed. Ken D.
Needed to replace 3 garage door openers and Allie was helpful with an over the phone estimate. Tyler arrived on time with a text noting that he was on his way. Finished the install in less time than estimated and was clean, professional, and friendly. The amount was exactly as quoted and job was done well. Highly recommend!
Durable Doors was a wonderful vendor to deal with in replacing 2 of our garage doors. From quoting to ordering and installation, the process was a breeze. Juan, our lead installer was clean, respectable to our home and did an impeccable job. I would highly recommend Durable Doors to anyone looking to replace their garage doors.
I am already a fan and the jobs not even installed! A bit of emergency as car stuck in garage. Tyler sent a text he was on his way. He arrived as promised. He and his colleague were professional and courteous. I had sent a pic of my door. I loved that the estimated quote and the final estimate were almost the same and within a reasonable price for the job. It is lovely to work with the real deal. I am very optimistic the rest will be just as smooth.
Great company, knowledgeable and efficient, including back office support. Would not hesitate to used again. My new go to company for commercial and residential doors.
Durable Door was able to schedule something fast to repair our garage door before it gets too cold. Elesvan was extremely helpful, he was very patient and detailed on showing us what went wrong with our garage door, very professional and courteous. We really felt how much he takes pride of his work and care for his customers. What a wonderful, yet, rare experience. Thank you, Elesvan!!
I had trouble with my garage keypad. The receptionist, Allie, promptly booked me an appointment with Tyler and he arrived exactly as scheduled. He found the issue very quickly, replaced the old keypad, installed the new one, and showed me how to change battery for it in the future. I was very impressed by how they were both excellent with their customer service and professionalism. I would keep hiring this company in a heartbeat for any garage issues!
Had trouble with different aspects of my 3 Garage doors from 2009. Looking for a Real.. Home Based Local repair company. By luck my wife found Durable from Denville.. The call was answerd by "H.I."not A.I. Human Intellegence...with a very friendly and competent receptionist...told her my Door problems and explained pricing and possible replacement prices for certain Components if it were necessary. Then set me up with an extremely knowledgable and mechanically experienced employee Tyler, who checked all the Doors, openers, springs etc. and explained His thoughts and reasons for the problems, and corrected them. In fact things other companies said i needed they could NOT repair ..and wanted to replace..at $$$$! Durable Door..and Tyler were able to do the repair and Without the replacements except for 2 lithium batteries and at this time working to a mechanically and safe Correct manner.. Thank You ...DurableDoorNJ !

They treated my home and property with the utmost respect and left everything spotless when they finished. Juan and Jose are a credit to the company, and their workmanship and professionalism truly deserve recognition. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality garage door installation and exceptional service. Five-star experience all around!
