Marie and David did an amazing job on the deep clean of my townhome! Everything is spotless, and the floors look incredible. With two dogs, including a golden retriever, there's always dog hair everywhere, so that's no small feat. They were both so friendly when I met them. There's truly nothing like coming home to a deeply clean house. Highly recommend!

Joyce and Taitlyn were very prompt and friendly. I own two cats and they were very careful to respect their space. They were extremely thorough and my home never looked better.

We are very happy with Dust & Mop. Our house has been serviced by several of their staff and the service provided has always been top notch. Charles is one of our regulars and he does a great job in our house. He gets along really well with the pets, and we often need to leave him to clean the house unsupervised. Always a pleasant experience and all turns out well. D&M does indeed hire top employees.

Dust and Mop is truly the best! We’ve tried a few cleaners in the Charlotte area and Dust and Mop outshines them all. Recently, we had Robert and Michaela clean our home and they couldn’t have done a better job! It was so refreshing walking into a clean house after work but you can’t go wrong with anyone from Dust and Mop! They’ve all been amazing, professional, and easy to work with. They accommodate my fiancé who works from home and they always leave treats and toys for my dog! Couldn’t love them more!

All we can say is WOW. By far, out of any house cleaning services we have used/experiences we have had, this was the best and most thorough. The team did amazing. I knew from the second Charles walked in asking about what we wanted them to focus on & his professionalism, that this would be a top notch job. Charles, Dawnice, and Taitlin all exceeded expectations! All the way down to leaving little treats for our kids and dogs at the end. 10/10! Thank you!
