Brain was absolutely AMAZING. I'm referring Dust Buddies to all my friends (especially those with multiple pets). Overall I'm impressed by the immediate response I received after having a poor experience with another group that came up on my Google search that ended up being a farmed out job to a subcontractor who tried to immediately sell me a plastic replacement cap without even looking at the dryer! Brain from Dust Buddies was a breath of fresh air when he walked up with his vacuum and everything ready to go! He addressed unknown code issues and left us feeling more assured that our house is safe. I welcome experiences like this from local technicians.
