Customers frequently praise the company for its punctuality, professional communication, and thorough inspections, noting that technicians often explain services clearly and address specific concerns. Pricing is generally described as reasonable, with many clients appreciating the consistent scheduling and friendly office staff. However, a minority of reviewers report dissatisfaction regarding service effectiveness, citing persistent pest issues despite ongoing plans. Additional complaints include technicians failing to notify homeowners of their arrival, incomplete treatments due to supply shortages, and perceived pressure to sign long-term contracts.

We paid $50 for them to tell me there is rats in the attic. Incredible work Sherlock. $250 for a rat trap per visit. Don’t call unless you want them to try to sell you a 12 month contract. Waste of our time and money.
