David was very knowledgeable about the process and topic - even gave some tips. I valued his shared knowledge. He was very approachable and easy to talk to and provided comfort in knowing that everything would be taken care of. He put my mind at ease and I felt safe in knowing that all would be taken care of by them.
Very thorough Very honest Helpful
Mike was very thorough and explained everything so I could understand.
David was professional, competent and did the best he could without a two storey ladder, which I admit would be hard to get into the narrow space. Conclusion, he didn' find any obvious entry points into the air conditioner, so it was probably curious birds ... unless we have mice that were bitten by radioactive…

Always trying to do the best!
Mike was punctual and a true professional. Mike goes over and above, he’s proactive and ensure every grove is sprayed to avoid future issues. Mike started immediately. He was kind to my senior pet who recognized him and was chill.Thank you Dustin for having an excellent staff as Mike on board.

I was running late to get home because I had to pull over to help a woman who was falling ill on the street due to heat exhaustion. When I got home, Angel was already there. He could’ve left and just billed me but he waited. He was polite and explained to me what he was going to do. I found him to be very thorough…
Thomas, very friendly And efficient with the work he does
We have a serious mouse and rat problem in our neighborhood. So we are using this service for the first time and its been good so far. One little hiccup while he was in the attic, but thats being resolved by the management team. Great person to have work on your home and assisted me with all my questions.
We had Anthony come and service our home. He was very professional and very helpful.
Michael was very professional and listened to all my pest issues and adjusted his service as necessary. I mentioned my dad is 93, and he said he could adjust the medicine to injections which left me satisfied.

Dustin Pest Control has best customer service & technicians. The are always accommodating to my schedule & there communication between tech & customer is amazing.
I had a gopher that was tearing up my mother's front lawn - 16 holes in all, 3 at a time. Dustin came out 4 or 5 times as it dug up another hole. They treated each hole until it was forced out down to the sidewalk. Gopher now gone! I highly recommend them. Very effective!
It’s not working for me. I continue to have fleas, ticks and mice. You guys only carry mice sticky traps which are not working. Today 3/15/21, I had service during the rain, pest control expert that came out said that they don’t recommend service during raining days but yet you scheduled today and charged me but…
