Customers frequently praise Dutch Maid Laundry for its clean facilities, high-capacity machines, and helpful staff who assist with operation. The cashless app payment system is also noted as a convenient feature that allows patrons to monitor loads remotely. However, lower-rated reviews cite recurring issues with machine reliability, inconsistent drying performance, and high pricing. Some visitors also reported poor air conditioning and instances of unfriendly service, contrasting with the generally positive feedback regarding cleanliness and accessibility.

Fabulous first experience at Dutch Maid Laundry today! Met the manager/owner Ernesto, who was so kind and took the time to show me exactly how each machine operated and what would be best suited for each load. I was able to sit down and read my book for a short time between loads. The facility is kept very clean, even while it was busy and almost every washer was being used by customers. They have regular, large, and industrial-capacity washers and dryers suited for virtually every need! I am very impressed and looking forward to going back soon.

The location is bright and clean. Lots of large machines. While we were there a man working on one the machines was super helpful showing us how to load money onto the app and suggesting various settings.

Cleanest laundromat ever! Sweetest man working there to help a newbie like me! HUGE machines to wash all the things that won’t fit at home! And right by Hanks so you can grab a fun drink while you wait! Couldn’t be better!

The absolute BEST laundromat in Franklin. SO clean, machines are well kept and clean and the app to pay for the machines is the better solution to a debit card or coins.
