Duxler caught things that needed to be fixed right before I went on a long car trip. No one wants to spend money to fix their car, it usually ain’t cheap, but I trust their judgement and most importantly the quality of their work. There is no pressure to get any of the work done and they are very easy to work with.

Another excellent experience at Duxler they are always my go to. I won’t bother shopping around for the sake of potentially saving five or 10 bucks when their customer service is excellent. They will always try and repair a tire if they can and will only replace with new if necessary. A practice that isn’t widespread around here!

I trust them. Unlike dealerships, they prioritize the work that needs to be done. It doesn't all have to be done in 1 visit. I had a bad battery, they changed it out that day. They told me at my last oil change that I would need new tires. They gave me 4 options on tires. They diagnosed an engine problem and walked me through getting Hyundai to cover it.

The mechanics did a good job servicing the car for a long road trip. I anticipate to get to my destination to Oklahoma and back with no difficulty. However, I was disappointed that Duxler was too busy to sync my new phone to the car. I had to go to Toyota, who were very kind to do it.
