Appreciate your general inspection with recommendations? regarding several itlike coolant fluid change breaks fl change etc. Wondering do I have to or consider for later. Never experienced such things. I am worried. What’s purpose?. To induce more business? You’re slowly changing? Missing several people in your department too.

Overall it was a very good experience. I came in to have a flat tire repaired, and Greg assisted me. He was very professional and courteous throughout the process. The tire was repaired on time and everything looked great!

Adam, Tim, Greg, and the LIbertyville Duxler team are phenomenal! I dropped my cars off and it just gets done! I had a blow out and had my car towed and parked and with my Tesla I just unlocked and they fixed and parked it back outside. I paid online and picked up at my convenience!

My car had a puncture and was towed to Duxler Libertyville and dropped off. Next day, they were quite prompt in inspecting the car, giving me a quote for replacing the tire and the car was ready by the second morning. Great service.

Duxler caught things that needed to be fixed right before I went on a long car trip. No one wants to spend money to fix their car, it usually ain’t cheap, but I trust their judgement and most importantly the quality of their work. There is no pressure to get any of the work done and they are very easy to work with.

Mike and his team are always prompt, courteous, and always fair. I have been going to Duxler for many many years and the service is always awesome!

Another excellent experience at Duxler they are always my go to. I won’t bother shopping around for the sake of potentially saving five or 10 bucks when their customer service is excellent. They will always try and repair a tire if they can and will only replace with new if necessary. A practice that isn’t widespread around here!

I trust them. Unlike dealerships, they prioritize the work that needs to be done. It doesn't all have to be done in 1 visit. I had a bad battery, they changed it out that day. They told me at my last oil change that I would need new tires. They gave me 4 options on tires. They diagnosed an engine problem and walked me through getting Hyundai to cover it.
