Thankful for recommendations and explication of what needed to be done as far as maintenance was concerned. Was also thankful for the rides to and from so I didn’t have to spend the day at the shop.

Customer service and excellent staff can't be beat!

Appreciate your general inspection with recommendations? regarding several itlike coolant fluid change breaks fl change etc. Wondering do I have to or consider for later. Never experienced such things. I am worried. What’s purpose?. To induce more business? You’re slowly changing? Missing several people in your department too.

Highly recommend, they do great work and are very, very quick to rectify a situation! Good communication as well, I haven’t had to call multiple times just to get an answer on what’s going on with my car like some other places, and they don’t talk to you like you’re stupid :)

I trust them. Unlike dealerships, they prioritize the work that needs to be done. It doesn't all have to be done in 1 visit. I had a bad battery, they changed it out that day. They told me at my last oil change that I would need new tires. They gave me 4 options on tires. They diagnosed an engine problem and walked me through getting Hyundai to cover it.

Mike and his crew have been delivering top-notch service for over 20 plus years. I trust their judgment and service. Love the cookies in the waiting area.
