DWA Tax Consultants are trustworthy, ethical, knowledgable folks who attend to the client's needs and best interests. I cannot speak highly enough about the professional service that Corey Wills and his team provide.
Corey does far more than taxes. He offers wise and well-informed advice. He takes an interest in educating his clients. He helps even small business owners, like myself, grow their businesses.
Finally, Corey demonstrates care for and appreciation of his team—critical, yet often dismissed ingredients of good leadership.
Had been a loyal client for a number of years and will never be back. They misplaced some key documents a couple years back and tried to pin it on us-until they found them of course. We gave them a second chance. There was some turnover at the front desk this year. The intern they had working was very unfriendly and unable to give me any reasonable time frame on when they might get back to me. This was after she flippantly threw my folder under a pile. Knowing they had misplaced documents previously I had an uneasy feeling and called back in to speak to a manager. This lady immediately let me know she was “in charge” and gave me 15 excuses of why I was receiving bad service. I informed her it was not my issue. I didn’t hire an intern who was overwhelmed. I suggested getting her some help or hiring more people. She immediately “put the ball in my court” and arrogantly stated I would not be able to get my taxes done anywhere due to backlog. I retrieved my file, made two phone calls and was able to find a very small- yet extremely friendly and competent firm that did a fantastic job with PLENTY of time to spare relative to the deadline. All this for Literally HALF the cost. Trust me. Shop around. You can find good people to do your taxes that are not nearly as expensive and you don’t have to deal with a bloated, unfriendly and arrogant organization.
Very pleased with my initial appointment with Corey Wills. His guidance regarding my new small business endeavor was very valuable. I truly feel he has my best interest at heart!
I have been so incredibly pleased with DWA and Dave Fryman's service. Dave has been amazingly responsive and patient in helping me to work through my parent's tax return and I am so very grateful for his knowledge and expertise. He seems to truly care about getting it right and has gone to great lengths to make sure everything was done thoroughly and correctly. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for a competent friendly and professional tax preparer. Thank you, Dave.
