Contacted Dwell Roofing after seeing their request for voting for a "Dallas best roofer". They did some minor repairs on our roof in 2025. This time though I received 4 text messages and 2 emails saying that someone will call me. After 3 weeks of waiting for someone I found another roofing company and decided to write this review. Correction. Dwell Roofing said (below) that they do not have any records of the above interaction with me. I guess their record keeping is not very good. I can provide all emails/text messages upon request.

Hello "Calm Down"
Unfortunately we have no record of you as a customer and are unable to match these details to any specific customer. You mentioned "Dallas best roofer", we were recently awarded the Best Roofing Company in DFW by the Dallas Observer.
It also appears that you have left negative feedback on other roofing company Google profiles. If this is an honest review please know that you can always reach out directly to our office and receive an immediate response.
Have a nice day,

Jordan had quickly responded to a roof leak I had. We found a couple of the roof penetrations had small gaps that allowed water penetration into the attic. He sealed them up without future problems. Well done. Thanks.

Dwell is an excellent company for quality craftsmanship and service. Josh De La Rosa is a dream to work with: communicative, informative and honest in the bidding process and he was on-site the day off our roof install and there to the project was finished. It’s all in the details and Josh and Dwell do it right!

From start to finish JC Martinez was professional, punctual and his easy going personality made it so easy to work with him. He explained everything so easily. He worked with our insurance company to make sure they saw all the repairs needed. JC was always available to answer any questions we had. His crew was hard working and we had a new roof in one day. They were protective of our property and cleaned up everything after they finished the job. The total cost was very affordable and I will recommend JC and Dwell Roofing to anyone who needs roof services

I'm glad that JC and the team at Dwell were able to meet those expectations, and we look forward to working with you on your next roof or exterior remodel project.
