Customers frequently praise DY Locksmith for rapid response times, professional demeanor, and fair pricing on services like car key duplication, lock replacement, and emergency lockouts. Recurring positive themes include punctuality and clear communication during the service. However, lower-rated reviews highlight concerns regarding pricing discrepancies between initial quotes and final bills, instances of charging for unsuccessful work, and difficulties reaching management or receiving call-backs after payment issues.

I had DY come out to create a duplicate key for a 2003 Mazda. The tech ultimately was not able to give me a second working key, but still charged me $20 for the key he cut (opens the door but won't start the car). The tech was also not able to describe to me why it didn't work, just that the car was "older than him" and he didn't know why it didn't work I ended up getting a different locksmith out who was able to successfully duplicate two working keys for me.
You didn’t call me and I don’t remember the last time I copied Mazda key, that’s absolutely not me, please delete this review and check who provided this service.
Beware of BAIT AND SWITCH pricing. The price they quoted was less than half what they charged. Tech was good but won’t use them again
Thank you!
