Mr. Williams was prompt, patient, knowledgeable and very thorough. He answered all my questions and I had a million. And better yet he helped to maximize my tax return! I now have a new tax preparer!
Thanks again!

He has stolen more than $16,000 from me and my husband for taxes, refuses to return my calls or text messages. RUN; DONT USE HIM!

Initially the service was stellar, now I am unable to get in touch with the company after submitting personal information to reconcile my taxes for multiple years.
I haven't received confirmation the filings were successful and I fear I may need to start from scratch with someone else.
I'm extremely concerned, but I hope the young man is ok.
This company was great and a pleasure to deal with until recently. I've used this company since 2023 and had no issues until this year. I normally select direct deposit and have the preparer fees taken from my refund, which I will never do again. Unfortunately this year, things have changed. I did not get my refund as expected. I submitted a check trace with the IRS and an investigation with Green Dot bank. Green Dot provided me with the information that my checks were already cashed. Which was news to me since I always select DD. They have also provided me with copies of the checks, complete with a signature that is very obviously not mine.
Now maybe it was stolen from the mail and I wanted to give Mr. Williams benefit of the doubt. However, when I asked if he could find out what happened- he went silent after multiple attempts at following up with him. Another suspicious thing is the status in Green Dot shows a status of "Printed by tax preparer" for my refund check. Again I wanted to give him benefit of the doubt, but I think we can all guess what happened there. I am filing charges and hope to get my refund, but it may be awhile. Very stupid on his part, check fraud is a federal crime.
Please beware and do not use this company for your tax preparation. Mr. Williams has done this to others, just read the reviews
Previous review: Very fast service! I’m very impressed with the detail and service Dyrect provides. This is the first year I’ve used this company, they are very thorough compared to other tax companies I’ve used. I’m very happy that I’m actually getting a refund this year. Highly recommended!

2025 Update: NEWBIES BEWARE!!!
Please see my first year’s post (below). Two years ago, AWESOME service! This year it was a horrible experience that I don’t wish on anyone. Please please please review your information (whenever you get it back), if you don’t get your return, check with IRS NOT Mr. Williams (if he responds). When I started asking questions, he started avoiding my calls. This was a huge difference from the person I worked with 2 years ago. Must’ve got too busy. Good luck to you all. Enter at your own risk!!!!!
This was my post previously: A co-worker shared her experience with Dyrect Professional Services. From my initial contact, Mr. Williams gathered my information and THEN asked if I wanted to proceed. There was never any push to do anything. He assisted me with addressing my current taxes, as well as my back taxes, and he was able to get me a refund on both, which was rare. Mr. Williams was very proficient, professional, and quick in his response. I’ve already started to spread the word, so I am certain he will gain more customers next year, now that I can share my experience. It was truly a pleasure working with Derdrick and I will be returning next year. Many Thanks!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had for my first time seeking assistance with taxes. Stated he could help me but actually put me more behind in debt than I was before I paid for his services. Took almost a year and a half for me to get my money due to his error and instead of just admitting he made a mistake, he denied all responsibility. I have plenty of screenshots of our correspondence for proof. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone unfortunately.
