We had an outstanding experience working with E-Rentals & Tents Inc. for our Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clara Valley Auction & Dinner event.
From start to finish, their communication was exceptional. They were responsive, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their pricing was very fair, and the level of service we received exceeded our expectations.
I worked directly with Erik B., and his customer service was phenomenal. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions while helping us find the best solutions for our event needs.
One of our biggest challenges was finding a company willing and able to install a large tent over a pool in our event space. We contacted several local vendors, and many either said it couldn't be done or simply weren't interested in taking on the project. E-Rentals & Tents Inc. not only made it happen, but the final result looked absolutely amazing. They also provided event lighting that helped transform the space and made our event even more special.
We are extremely grateful for their expertise, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond. Safe to say, the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clara Valley is a big fan of E-Rentals & Tents Inc. — they helped turn what seemed impossible into one of the most talked-about features of our event!
We will definitely be using them again for future events and would highly recommend them to anyone planning an event, whether it's simple or highly complex.

Joanna from E-Rentals was so kind and patient with me as I planned my Dad's Celebration of Life. We rented 80 chairs and 8 high tables and 4 long tables as well as 2 pop up tents. The prices were very reasonable and they even helped us out in a few small spots where our budget needed it. I cannot thank Joanna and her team enough. They were the picture of professionalism. Every aspect of their service went off exactly as planned.

Wow! Above and beyond! Over the top! E-Rentals is by far the best rental company I have ever worked with in 20 years of organizing events. I was completely blown away by how they exceeded my highest expectations for my son's event. All I said was "Boston Library" theme and they transformed a ballroom into the Boston Library. I have never received so many compliments as I did for this event. One guest, a retired set designer, said that the pipe and drape of the books was one of the best he'd ever seen, the pattern lining up perfectly throughout the whole room. On top of all of this, the E-Rentals team are wonderful to work with!!
Thank you E-Rentals for designing and executing the most fabulous event for my family! We are forever grateful!

My daughter's wedding was meant to be outdoors in late November in Ventura for 110 guests. And then came the forecast for rain. We scrambled and spoke with three different tent rental companies. I called E-Rentals well after hours and reached Eric, who was so knowledgeable and patient.
Eric offered up their very affordable consulting service (applied to the rental cost) and we met at the venue the next morning. Eric instantly became part of the team--measuring, troubleshooting and offering pro advice. We chose bistro lighting to match the venue's lighting, ordered clear sides for a more open feel and of course had heaters. And instead of the tent feeling like a just a rain contingency, countless guests commented that it made the wedding that much more magical.
Plus E-Rentals had a far more reasonable cancellation policy than the other companies if the weather were to change.
I would hire Eric and team again in a heartbeat. What could have been a rainy mess was instead a beautiful, warm and dry evening and a wedding we won't forget.

E-Rentals was great! They were easy to work with in the months leading up to my wedding, and they provided timely and professional service on our big day. They arrived at our venue on time, set up a great stage for our band, created a large head table with their barnyard tables, and brought fun uplighting as well. Eric was great in person, and Joana was wonderful to work with over the phone. Would highly recommend!
