Customers frequently cite the thoroughness of blower door and duct leakage tests, as well as detailed energy audits that include infrared imaging. Reviewers highlight the staff's knowledge of mechanical systems, clear communication, and ability to meet tight deadlines for permit compliance. While most praise the professional service and fair pricing, one recurring criticism involves difficulty reaching the company by phone to discuss test results after billing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
As a construction contractor, I work with engineers, inspectors, jurisdictions, consultants, and vendors across Colorado on a regular basis. My recent experience with E3 Power was one of the best customer service interactions I have had in a very long time.
I reached out regarding an energy code compliance question on a tornado reconstruction project in Elbert County. Rather than giving me a generic answer, Megan Gordon took the time to research the issue, contact the building department directly, and obtain clarification from the authority having jurisdiction. She then followed up with detailed information that ultimately removed an unnecessary blower door test requirement from the permit process.
What impressed me most was not just the technical knowledge, but the willingness to genuinely help. Megan was honest, responsive, professional, and took ownership of finding the answer instead of simply passing me along to someone else. In today's construction environment, where requirements are constantly changing and projects can be delayed by a single unresolved issue, that level of service is invaluable.
If E3 Power doesn't know the answer, they'll find it. If there's a path forward, they'll help you navigate it. That kind of integrity and customer-focused mindset is becoming increasingly rare.
I highly recommend E3 Power for energy code compliance, testing, consulting, and project support. They've earned a trusted place in my contact list and will be my first call moving forward.

Hi Roland,
Thank you so much for your kind words!
We make great efforts to ensure our customers are taken care of, and it is wonderful to hear that you have had exactly the kind of experience that we strive to provide! Meg has been absorbing all the knowledge she can about the industry and as your review shows, she is already becoming a small lighthouse to bring clarity to the confusion of energy code compliance. As you noted, these days even the smallest issue can quickly spiral into a total roadblock for projects, and we do our part to avoid or completely demolish those roadblocks. Furthermore, if we don't know the answer, we won't pretend to, and we'll find the answer or someone else who does. Our customers are our main priority, and your review here means a lot to our team, especially Meg!
- The entire E3 Power Team with special thanks from Meg!
Ari was incredible. He went so above and beyond to help us figure out a clear path forward for bringing our proposed ADU into compliance. His guidance, patience, and collaborative nature is next-level. We can't imagine a more supportive, thoughtful, and capable firm!!!

Hi Charles, thank you so much for your kind words! We know navigating Denver's energy code comes with its unique set of challenges and are so happy to have been able to help. It was a pleasure getting to work with you and we are always around if you need anything in the future!
Company is quick to bill you and take your money, but when you want to get someone on the phone to go over the test results, its damn near impossible. I would not recommend this company to anyone,

We appreciate you sharing your experience and understand the frustration. However, we want to provide some important context for others reading this review.
Our senior technician reviewed the test results and the issues with you directly at the time of service. Additionally, these issues were reiterated in our failing blower door letter that was sent to you alongside the invoice the very same day. The two calls you made today came in first before we were open, and then during a brief morning meeting, after which our office admin promptly followed up with both a call and a text back. You left no voicemails and have not responded to any of our attempts to immediately reconnect with you.
Please respond to our outreach and we'll prioritize getting you the help you need on your project.
Ari came out to our residence & preformed a blower door test of our home. Ari was very thorough in his test, Inspection and provided detailed recommendations to address the issues found. Highly recommended.
Best energy audit company/duct blast testing/energy advising company in Denver metro. My contacts Ari, Megan and Jeremy have all been top notch, and we don't use anyone else.
I had never even heard of a blower door test and was told by the City that I needed one to close out my permits on a reno. Googled what it was and e3 Power came up. Was able to connect with Ari who explained everything to me, scheduled an appointment, and walked me through the process.
Learned something new and with Ari’s guidance was able to make appropriate corrections to satisfy the requirements.
Awesome guy to work with. Thank you!
I am currently building a house and used Andy for my code required JDS Manuel. E3 was fantastic to work with and even after needing adjustments of the furnace and duct work. Andy was on the spot, had very good communication. I would recommend E3 and Andy for any energy needs.
I will use them in the future. Thank you Andy!
We at Blackstone Architecture have been working with E3 Power for a number of years now, and we've come to rely on their services more and more each year as municipality energy requirements become increasingly demanding. Andy intrinsically understands mechanical systems, insulation, and how those systems affect a structure's performance from the standpoint of energy consumption and output. E3 has been our go-to for all things energy, and we highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
Very knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a Blower Door Test or Duct Leakage Test. An outstanding company to work with.
