Wonderful experience! Very nice staff and the waiting area is very welcoming. Not too mention they have the best prices we found in the area for windshield replacements. 100% recommend them.
In-N-Out in about 30 minutes. My windshield doesn't have sensors, so probably quicker than some. Approximately 20% less money than the well-known nationally advertised shops. Windshield looks exactly like the original just doesn't have the Volkswagen logo on it. Will definitely buy here again.
This place is phenomenal!! Quick, proffesional, and convenient!! Took 30 minutes to replace a front window in my truck! Lady at the front desk is very polite and knowledgeable. The guy was also polite and professional. The waiting room is very clean, and accommodating. They provide drinks, snacks and kid friendly. Im very impressed.
Exceptional service! From the moment we drove into the parking lot, and parked in front of Eagle 1 Auto Glass I was impressed with the curb appeal of the business. Thank you, it really does matter and helps beautify our city. We were greeted by Terry who welcomed us in and invited us to enjoy the lobby and refreshments. I went inside my husband asked to stay and watch. Boy did he miss out! I was seated in the most comfortable, beautiful patriotic lobby for an auto shop I have ever seen. They had all the comforts of home even books, toys and little furniture for the kids. The snacks and beverage bar were amazing and no small thing either. They had everything at my fingertips and didn’t charge me for anything. I didn’t think to snap a picture while I was there but I found one on another review and copied it, otherwise who would believe it. My only regret was my husband and Terry came in to get me way before I was ready. The repair to our windshield couldn’t have been more than 30 minutes. Now that is impressive! What a remarkable demonstration for the love of our God, country, and family values, It speaks volumes in their workmanship their integrity, experience, quality, customer service and family values. I highly recommend them.
Super nice people and they did an amazing job. They were all very easy to communicate with over the phone. They were able to order Kia/Hyudnai OEM glass and my windshield looks good as new!
