Eagle Sentry

I was told that writing a review would help the installers get a bonus and I am learning that it was a scam and they did not get a bonus but the company got a bunch of free 5 star reviews. I am adjusting my review as I don't want to reflect a 5 star review if their end was not held up.

Super efficient and know their stuff! Homes are like little computers now and Eagle gets it all connected.

Eagle Sentry has been doing my electronics for almost 15yrs , 3 different houses … Everything has been installed in the most professional way possible ….. All equipment and wiring works as it should for years …..

The Eagle sentry Technicians were very well informed they were two items they did not know, and they collaborated with their office and the Internet to find a solution which they did in a very short period of time. Their teamwork in finding a solution quickly minimizing my cost was excellent

Eagle Sentry cares about its customers! We’ve used them for 5 years and are very happy. Great customer service! If an issue arises, I call and they send someone out within a day!

Eagle Sentry advertises to Cox customers that are losing their coverage. Their webpage says their approach to an existing Cox system is “inspect first, reuse sound contacts, motions, glass-breaks, wiring, sirens, mounts, and cable paths where possible, then professionally modernize the panel and communicator.” However, when Chad came to give me an estimate, it turned out that none of my Cox equipment could be used. Not only that, but his recommended equipment cost over $3000, PLUS another $3000 in installation, which Chad confirmed would take 20 hours to set up the wireless security system. I researched the cost of the equipment and found that it had been upcharged substantially. Chad said they couldn’t use the equipment if I bought it for a lower cost and when I challenged the installation time he said “I bet you can’t set it up in 20 hours”. I’ve heard that Eagle Sentry has great service, but I won’t trust my home to a company that’s taking advantage of me from the very start.

Kaden has both installed and programmed both our audio visual and security systems. He set up our phone apps and remotes and walked us through all until we clearly could work the system. There was rush through nor time issue on his part. He is smart as hell, personal and patient. He explained all in clear non tech language and was very professional and simplified all processes. We would recommend him and eagle sentry without question.

George has come to our home a number of times as we have been using Eagle sentry for over six years. He is one of the most professional, dedicated, loyal, and knowledgeable people that we have had come to our home, not just with Eagle Sentry, but with all of our maintenance and housework, installation, repairs, etc. George is trustworthy and Has been extremely dependable whatever the issue has been.
